[Misc] canon ir 3035 copy not lined up 1/4 inch higher it scans but configuration page is ok

I have a Canon iR3035 photocopier Machine it have a problem of CCD laser scanner while i'm trying copy through scanner it prints 1/4 inch down and a black line is prints on the top of the paper but Configuration page and computer print out is perfect.. but from scanner adjustment is needed..

service mode > copier > adjust > adjust xy > adjust Y input the value from the label on the front cover

Can depend. If you are using the feeder. The adjustment in service mode for Y is different than adjustment mode for Y off the Glass.
Make sure you are using the right one.

front cover values are not working so i changed the value adj-x-20 to adj-x-1 it cleares but on the top of the paper thin black line comes what can i do?

No i'm using scanner not feeder every this is ok the scanner is just scanning 1/4 inch higher vertically but configuration page and computer prints comes ok...i setted the adj-x-20 changed to value 1 problem solved but a thin black line is comes on the top edge of the paper

You can try applying TOP, T or BOTTOM, B non-image area margins (blank) under
SERVICE MODE > COPIER > ADJUST > BLANK T/B
