[Misc] color adjustment

Please someone help me to adjust my color setting well? I tried to do full adjustment but when the first printout came out and am trying to do the second test page the machine will only indicated that i should place the paper correctly and i tried this several times but is not working. any help. the name is canon IR C4080.
please find attached problem.

if door specs are correct, cam home the lasers

Did you try to clear registration? Are you a tech or user?

Black at back side. Sometimes you need to turn paper around on glass. There are some sensors that look at the ITB belt and may be dirty.
