You'll have to excuse me because I have never serviced a Canon. One of our customers had one from their main office shipped to them and had image quality issues out of the box. The machine currently has around 130 on the total counter. The customer had already replaced the toner cartridges only to observe the same image problems. I've attached some samples.

The first image shows my very first print which seems to be a loss of transfer. Immediately after printing that, I tried again and had no loss.
The second image was from a 7 page report that printed perfectly except for the last page which has the horizontal black bar. If you look close enough you can see a residual "Envelope Cling Prevention" which indicates a repeating pattern with a distance of 75-76mm. I'm guessing this is the drum.
The fourth image (I'm skipping here, sorry) was my first image gradation adjustment, which again shows that loss of transfer. BUT, you can also see what I'm assuming is bias leaking from each color developer.
The third image is the same gradation adjustment chart after having performed some of the cleaning adjustments and the image gradation quick adjustment.
I'm not sure where to go from here. I was going to pull the transfer belt, but couldn't figure out how to remove the toner cartridge assembly nor do I have access to a service manual. I appreciate any and all help!
