Canon 5051 error call service representative

    Canon 5051 error call service representative

    Hi there
    Have just been printing a simple A4 colour document on the Canon ImageRunner Advance C5051i - and the printer stopped, gave me an error code E00075-0103
    Any idea what might be the problem? We haven't yet found a service rep - so also if anyone knows a London UK based service rep/technician pls let us know

    First make sure printer is LEVEL (not on a rug)/
    u can move to another location & power off/on to see if correction is made to belt

    E075 - 0103 > your ITB BELT is out of position

    belt may look centered but position in service mode is not correct.

    time for a service tech
