Canon 5051 error call service representative

    Hi there
Have just been printing a simple A4 colour document on the Canon ImageRunner Advance C5051i - and the printer stopped, gave me an error code E00075-0103
Any idea what might be the problem? We haven't yet found a service rep - so also if anyone knows a London UK based service rep/technician pls let us know

I also just noticed that it might be a problem/broken ITB part
    CANON-FM4-7421

Does anyone agree/think this might be the problem?
    Thanks in advance.
    Simon

    Hi

This machine uses a steering mechanism to centre the intermediate transfer belt and your error code implies the itb has shifted to the front of the machine and it cannot get it back in line.

The fault could be the inner transfer roller FC8 4402 and its bearings FL3 1109.
The part you quoted should be FM4 7241 which is just the belt itself.

I am assuming the machine has been working fine up until now and hasn't been moved? it needs to be on a level surface.

      Hi there
      thanks for that.
it sounds about right. the machine has been moved (in to our space, recently as it's a new second-hand machine)
we have had it for 1 month, in which time it's been working ok.
but yes the floor is not 100% level, and I haven't checked that it's level or not.
      Thanks
