I still find myself once more before a case that seems to me difficult to treat.
My client just brought me this CANON MF 4450 machine that according to his explanations suddenly began to present a copy problem.
when launching a single copy, the machine behaves properly but the problem only appears when launching multiple copies.
The machine starts the first copy and stops there or it starts the first copy and takes several minutes to start the second and so on.
Personally, I have no idea of the cause.
Do you have an idea on that please?
