[Misc] Color Trac Smart LF Gx+42 wide format scanner problem

Dear All,
One of our Color Trac Smart LF gx+42 wide format scanner giving the below mentioned problems.


While scanning any size of paper(A0/A1/A3),it will scan only half or maximum 75%.

After that the paper will stop and the display of the scanner will shows scanning and it hangs. On the PC it shows Read Data()failed, error=10016

I have recently experienced problems with a gx42+ that I was only able to solve by obtaining the pro software dongle. With the Scanworks pro it works like a charm. With the free software, same problem as you are describing.
