Pretty fast scanner. Can you be more specific where the jam occurs?

I've been called in as the machine says paper jam but the customer cannot find anything but the jam error will not reset. I don't know anymore sorry

I would do the basics check all the optical sensors for dust etc. Also, they collect a lot od debris in the back panel right below the exit assembly. If you need the service manual PM me your email address
