IR3045 Print Offset to 4cm to the right NEED HELP BADLY.

Machine working fine yesterday
i tried making copies of LTR size Document

and it came out like this.

offset by 4 cm, Tried using ADF, Still same offset.

i tried to compensate by maxing out Regist and ADJ-X in service mode and came out like this.

And still offset by 2cm, cant find any option in service mode that is related to this.
I tried STRD-POS no go.
I tried printing it to A3 and this how it looks like.

Check other adjustment and all shows default.
Please help

Yes replace clutch. Also make sure the reg sensor is not sticking.

Is there a fix for this clutch to make it work again?
Is there any adjustment in service mode after i replace this?

you could clean him with degrease cleaning but replacing is better because the problem will come back

no adjustment needed, Just check the registration.

Yes, the one from ir4570 can work, and of course, you can make the bad clutch work by cleaning the corroded iron filings from inside. Remove the circlip / E-clip at the rear side and disassemble the clutch to reach the corroded surfaces. You can use silicon spray or some similar sort as a cleaning agent.

Thanks For the tip, The offset now gone.
But i got a new problem, this what happens after i make a copy

the page is filled with dark shade.
i tried chcking the developer and drum, looks fine.

looks like there is constant pattern on very copies i made.

Note. I inserted an additional 256 RAM from IR2230 which is compatible with the slot.. not sure is this causes the issue.

did you missed a connector or contact after replacing the clutch? Or indeed the ram; looks like you make this failure... Just pull out the memory, restart engine and you know it

Nope, No missed Connection.
I removed the ram and i remove and check the clutch again, forgot to connect the E-ring for Clutch and now it works fine.. Thanks to all.

I clean and sand the clutch gear components inside with 400 sand paper and it works fine. looks like brand new inside.

I removed the ram and i remove and check the clutch again, forgot to connect the E-ring for Clutch and now it works fine.. Thanks to all.

I clean and sand the clutch gear components inside with 400 sand paper and it works fine. looks like brand new inside.
