[Misc] Canon IRAdv 6055 A3 tray not sensing paper

Dear All,
One of our IRAdv 6055 machine is not sensing both the A3trays(Tray3 & Tray4).

Initially tray 3 only giving the problem,but when i interchanged between the trays 3 & 4,
both are not working.

When i retured the trays to its original place also,both the trays are not working.

Please suggest any possible solution.

Hi.i had same problem two weeks ago i checked every part related for cassettes but problem still same, i did clear all after that the machine work great (do not forget to adjust the machine after clear all)
