[Electrical] iR2520 weird Happen

iR2520 Can't done 2-side more than 2 copies

Hello
I'm tech.

Here's the weird thing about iR2520
(I'm service customer with 12 of this model)
and I never seen this before.

"The problem is if order copier 2-side more than 2 (sample 3 copies) it will stop and don't even show jamming or any sign it just hang there"

You can see 1st page came out
but 2nd don't and it came out with 3rd and right there

But for 1-side there's no ploblem
or 2-side just 1-2 copies it's ok
This happen with Every Tray and Every Size of Paper



I try 3 spare part
1. Engine Board
2. Duplex unit
3. all the Right side

Try clear all and shut off 2 way unit
but didn't work

I faced same problem before ,did u try a4r it will work normally , i changed the duplex clutch and my problem solved ,i wont tell you that easly i found the solution.but at the end it solved it and you will as i told u to do

I did try every size and every tray and the same result

I guess i'm just not lucky like you.

is it on all size paper ?
copying & prints ?


No. 2 delivery sensor (S42) just replace it ---WG8-5836-000
could be shorted out

First it happen on all size of paper
and 2nd I try a new SECOND DELIVERY ASSEMBLY (which i tested with another machine)
that's include S42 Sensor too.


Still Fail

as im telling you try to reverse the clutch and check if the problem still
