[Electrical] Canon MF7170l ops panel blank after power cut

The whole building had a power cut and when the power came back the photocopier restarted but the screen is blank (see photo) the Canon logo gets shown on the screen when starting up then we just get the blue screen and nothing else,

Any ideas guys??
