Check the tensioning of the ITB belt assembly
, and take notice if the front steering assembly is loose. If so,
it may be because one of the two screws holding the Holder Bushing Front (FC5-9131-010) in place has fallen out.
Also check that the Holder Bushing Rear (FC5-9132-010) is not missing a screw.
If This applies to your issue,
Replace the missing screws, then check if ITB belt is tracking normally without errors.
