pg10 has the same gap between each color
transfer belt are cleaned , 42 T gear of the itb assembly and two 42 T gears of the itb Drive asembly
or laser cam setting ?
any comment and advice are welcome

Looks like a paper feed ( sub-scan ) issue-------------------
SEE PDF ATTACHsub scan.jpgThat ITB swing gear unit (Frame Side) is notorious for worn & damaged helical (slanted teeth///// ) that walk over each and cause gaps in paper feed registration /
hard to see the wear/ a little pain to remove and rebuild / trick is to get the steel pin in position-on inside of gear---I use small amount of gum on the pin to keep it from falling thu.

U can remove the entire unit from rear side/ but that is twice the pain to remove ( too many things have to be removed) and issue is only with that small white gear.

U need the swing unit that has an embeded New black gear_fg6-9662, and the white gear fu3-0546.
White gear goes into that swing unit.

Like i said, getting that swing unit out to replace it , and getting white gear into it without dropping pin, is a pain in the but.

Most novice techs Wil remove entire unit (see in pdf), from rear of printer (many things to be removed) .
Other way, patience is needed.

did you execute level 2 copier/function/clear/reg-clr already? sometimes that works

go into level 2 but did not find reg-clr
part fu7-0403 new part and fu3-0546 used on machine ,steel pin in fu7-0403 has more room than fu3-0546 but same result
i lost the c clip .try other one to replace .

go into level 2 but did not find reg-clr
part fu7-0403 new part and fu3-0546 used on machine ,steel pin in fu7-0403 has more room than fu3-0546 but same result
i lost the c clip .try other one to replace .

take off the ITB BELT

that large BLACK RUBBER ROLLER-----use a green pad/ soaked w/some alcohol---wipe down/ then take a rag with water & clean off/
I use to use fine grit sandpaper to rough up that roller ( takes off slick finish ) for better grip of sheet

also replace that ITB SHEET/ u can only clean interior so many times / it also stretches out a bit when worn.
