Background is not solid in Headings

Guys..i have attached both soft original copy and output copy.my problem is" there is fade in headings backgroud."

i am using Ir3045,letters quality is perfect.

This is scan quality issue.Change scan settings.

Thanks for your support brother..but i think this is not scan settings issue.because i have this problem in both print from computer..and from scanner.text quality is good.but in solid grayscale and picture there is a lines.

please give me some solution to fix this..
