Canon IR 8500 could not be recognized by driver installer on network

    Hi,
In fact , Canon Image Runner 8500 has no problem booting ,and network print kit connected properly. When pings the server from machine , it's ok , and also from server it replies .
when trying to Install the Copier in Windows 7-64bit with proper Driver ,the machine could not be recognized in auto search ,even giving the ip of MFP manually ,its not identified.
    any idea about this...?

there is another IR 550 on the network and works properly.
how to check if Network print kit works properly.

    Thanks

By the way,if you Know where to find service Manual and parts Guide for Canon IR 8500 and IR 550 , please leave a note.

    well,
as it turned out some configurations in local network has been changed and dedicated ip in ethernet setting was activated .so just the defined ip was able to identify and communicate with The MFP.
