I must be getting old. I have an ir5055 that when you place an original (8-1.2x11) on the glass either in portrait or landscape it chooses legal. I claim I've check all the settings. Thanks for any advice.

make sure SENS-CNF is set to 1 in service mode level 2 copier >option>body>sens-cnfComment
