Hi i have a problem with a canon ir5030i after start-up it throws in error code E0112-0001 i have tried to re-seat the dustproof shutter drive with no progress. does anyone have a solution to this problem? pliz help

When you said you re-seated the dustproof shutter drive, did you also remove and inspect all 4 shutters on the 2 laser assemblies? maybe they are not making contact correctly or binding.

What about the shutter drive motor and cabling?

Thanks a lot for the input gentlemen thw problem turned out to be a broken sensor flag...the machine is running perfectly now
