i have a 5570 that is jamming on lgl, only when it is through the doc. feeder. i know that the paper reverses when coping through the feeder so i have been looking closely at this process. it is jamming at the inlet to the duplex section from the fuser(calling a stationary jam at ps4). i had a good duplex unit at my disposal, so i swapped the whole assembly, thinking the sylenoid wasn't firing properly. nothing changed. the paper is getting hung up right at the duplex flapper. what am i over looking? thanx in advance for any help.
