Canon IR 5030 Gray Colour Problem

Hello,
I have a problem with a Canon IR 5030. This print gray always very bright . That is, the gray color is applied rather patchy on the paper .
I have already set the values of <Level2> COPIER>ADJUST>HV-PRI>DIS-TGK +6, the effect of the gray tone is then darker.
Enclosed test printouts and test patterns from Canon.

Furthermore, white spots on the printouts can be seen in the colors. Does anyone have an idea where this error may come?

I assume you are an (Canon) engineer ?

i'd start with the basics, do a PG10 and/or PG5 print of the different colors, check life of the durables (drums, ITB, transferrollers)...
Have you executed a Colorcorrection and Full Gradadion Adjustment jet ?

I am a Canon technician,
already been carried out, I have the full gradation adjustment, and color distortion correction. I have also attached the test expression, PG5 and PG10. All materials ITB .. are still perfectly fine.

Lifecounter is an indication...
Colors don't look that bad, apart from BK and Magenta. at what percentage of life are they ?

PT-Drum (black) is at 142%
T-CLN-BD (Cleaning blade) is at 142%

Guess if you replace the black drum, it would be darker.
Spots on colo could be from cleaning blad not cleaning well...

If the blade doesn't clean the itb as well as it should....

They had a kit for that that I read is going to be discontinued soon. It replaces all the transfer belt charge rollers and springs (4 rollers). I agree if drum is that high to change also. Don't have the part number for the kit. I think the kit was for white spots. Make sure the software is up to date also.

That is the one I was thinking about. I had a lawyer who thought the blacks were not dark enough is the only one I replaced. I thought it was the font but as always I got the "it used to do it" back. I think he should try a drum first if it was around 142% like the post said.

If the transfer roller from the kit not included in a new transfer belt ? Then I change the complete ITB Belt.

Install all the ITB upgrades...thinner belt,new internal transfer rolls,holders, etc. About 10 bulletins out on this issue...

I have set the IMG-DEV/ ITB Type from 2 to 0 and replaced the Black Drum with a new one. Now all is good.
