    Network ERROR on CANON ADV 6075

    Hello All
    we have CANON IR ADV 6075. Network is OK , WHEN WE SENT TEXT (or Email)TO PERSONAL ACCOUNTS ARE OK. BUT WHEN SENT TEXT ( or Email ) TO SERVER : taking long time & keep RESENT , after that have PRINT OUT PAGE :TX INCOMPLTED ----
    TRANSACTION OK -----
    ERROR. ... Data
    DO YOU KNOW WHAT WRONG. ? Please HELP. ( software / firmware update to new up to date today ) check cables are ok. ..!!! Check signals are good. : have 2 machines. : less than 500 prints : THE SAME PROBLEMS ) THANK YOU ALL.

    The only thing I can suggest is to go into status monitor/send/log and highlight one that did not go then press details and see what error code is at the top. Eg#751 or what ever and see what it relates to.
