On a Canon IR 2535, our client will begin receiving a fax and the machine will print the cover page and then print no more of the document. I have heard that there is an issue with the fax boards for this family of machines. We have a Ricoh Aficio 3525 in the same building and this machine will receive and print these faxes with no problem. Is there a problem with the fax boards on the Canon machine? Any assistance will be welcomed. Thanks.
