[Error Code] ir3045 noisy sound then code error 000-0001. help pls

my ir 3045 made noisy sound when I started push the button and then came code error 000-0001. what should I do. I have already replaced heater element, lower roller. please for your sollutions. thank you.

you have to clear the error first:

go to svs mode > copier > function > clear > err > OK
then power cycle the machine

the sound might be from the misalignment when you put back the fixing unit, try to fix back

I did that clear error but it still came up. should I replace thermistor? thank you.

the worn out ball bearing of the pressure roller creating the noise just replaced it then do a reset error
