when does the error show up? That helps determine what method of action you should take to fix the issue
Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.

Had an issue last year not sure what the code was but there is a known issue with the fixing drive Assy, I changed it and no more codes.

It is a pain. Have a large table to put all the boards on and take instructions. I had to redo my work as there is a sensor on or near that assembly that pops out. I only have had to replace one and the code never came back with the new assembly. Take help for more eyes if possible.

I had this issue last year and had to replace the fixing drive, the fault hasn't returned on that device.
I now have the same fault on two other devices, one of which I am replacing the drive today.
however what I have noticed is that all three devices are low usage, and the fault occurs when the device attempts to come out of sleep mode.
when the device is powered off/on it will continue to work with no error.
I've been advised by canon today to switch sleep mode to high in settings registration
