The machine is almost brand-new

- Reseated connectors
- Inspected the fan and left door switch
- Cleared the error

Any ideas except for replacing the fan please
Can it be a board issue?

Back in the days of the IR 330 there was a 5v fuse on the board that would blow. I/We replaced/repaired the fuse and all was well. I do not know if this applies here.
