      Is that direction of line in paperfeed or crossfeed_?

      Have you tested PG5 single color test prints_?
      Is line always in same location on paper_?

          Saludos. Gracias por responder. Sobre algunas cuestiones que indicas:


          Is that direction of line in paperfeed or crossfeed_?
          The direction is from left to right and from any paper feeding.

          Have you tested PG5 single color test prints_?
          Yes. In tests everything is correct.

          Is line always in same location on paper_?
          If copies and printing is in the same place

              Saludos. Ya hemos resuelto el problema. Hemos cambiado la fijacion superior e inferior. A pesar de no tener muchas copias. Gracias
