    ir3570 paper is picked-up during warming

    Dear friends,

    Good day! I have this machine, that every time it is warmed up or started, it picks up 2 sheets of plain paper in a row from cassette 2, stocking crinkled before the fixing unit, and indicates a jam before you can make your first copy, therefore wasting 2 shts of plain paper every time.
    Also, after clearing the jam and make several copies, it keeps on jamming at the fixing unit, and as observed, especially if the fixing unit is already (too) hot.
    Please hint on how to fix this? How to lower the operating temperature of the fixing unit?

      Remove cassette 2, u will see pick up is turning on power up.
      **Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**

          Cassette: Inspect clutch and solenoid.
          Fixing:Too hot? How do you know that? Did you check temp in service mode? Set to Plain paper tipe.
          What is the jam code?
          If you sure about temp read the manual and set temp in service modeCopier>Option>Body>FIX-TEMP) Do not mess with the service mode settings!!

              Thanks for the hint. Clutch/solenoid was sticking. Its Okay now.
