Canon LBP7760Cdn

12k pages on printer. Prints 2 to 4 pages in a run and then comes up "Check paper size" message. Both MF tray and Tray 1 are set to LTR and plain paper. Does the same whether printing from the computer or from the menus of the printer.

Has anyone seen this before to where it's not a setting in the menus??

I Guess you checked the paperguides of the tray also ?

Clean the pick up tyres or replace them.

Before the printer says check paper size, it cycles for a few seconds and says "cleaning" Then before it picks another sheet of paper it gives the paper size error.
