[Misc] I have 2 canon ir3245 that wont pass hd check

Both machines are running perfectly, but if we run hd check they will not pass. Before we format the drives has anyone had this problem happen?

so they are running fine, why are you running an HDD check and wanting to go format them and then have to reload the firmware and enter all the settings again? This makes no sense.

Sometimes 3 and 4 go NG but it does not normally stop copier working.

I sent a machine out of state and the copier company said they had to replace the HDD to put it under MA, We have checked 8 HDD and they all fail using HD check, but the machines run fine
