Intermittent "Low Toner" message, but machine has plenty of OEM toner. Open and close door resets it for awhile.

I have one with intermittent load toner message with bottle half full. Seems there is a gear update. We ordered a hopper assembly FM4-7914-020. Seems like several issues with old hopper. Looks like have to remove laser to install. I am waiting for them to call back as lady has to move for me to work on it. She sits right in front of copier in small office.
