Copier displays certification [ system administrator] also asks for sys. manager id and password when entering service mode. How do we bypass to reset copier.

Default System Manager ID is 7654321.
Default System PIN is 7654321.

To disable the system manager ID, both fields listed under Settings / Registration > Management Settings > User Management for System Manager ID and System PIN should have all '0's entered in them. This will disable the login box under the Settings / Registration screen.

Thanks again teckat. We tried those #'s and also 7 1's none of the numbers worked. Is there any other way of resetting the copier back to factory settings. Thanks

Service Mode > COPIER > FUNCTION > CLEAR>PWD-CLR
Clear of system administrator password
Level.1 Details To clear the password of the system administrator set in the user mode.
Use case When clearing the password of the system administrator.
Select the item, and then press OK key.
