Unit IR 6020

The current HDD of our IR 6020 is almost dead. Temperature can't be detected by HD sentinel and HDD Regenerator shows a temperature of 300+ degrees celsius
It would show error E602-0001 most of the time and the only workaround is to press 1&9 but it would take 1 to 4 hours and sometimes would give the same error after restarting the copier
I bought a new IDE HDD, Firmware for IR 6020 and luckily got a free copy of SSTv475Ep courtesy of this forum
I tried to use ordinary USB-Parallel and it would show error 109
Is there anything that I can do except of buying NetHawk USB-10 Cable that is very hard to find
