ImagePress C1 E020-01a8 Error Code

Another code is now coming up on my ImagePress C1.

E020-01a8. "The T/D ratio identified at ATR control has exceeded the upper limit (14%) 3 times continuously. Turn off and on main power." I see the 01 indicates that it has to do with the yellow.

I have cycled the copier several time, but I can still only get 12 copies out before the code comes up. Restarting the copier does not improve the condition. Is this something in the yellow developing assembly?

What would you suggest? Thanks.
