Canon IRA C2030 location of boot rom

Hi Guys,
I have a Canon IRA C2030 that says "starting" and then the screen freezes.
maybe I can reseat the boot rom if I knew where its is on this model?
Any help would be appreciated and thank thank you all in advance.

Did you try upgrating the firmware?

Hold down the Control Panel power switch while turning on the Main Power. This starts the Boot System diagnostics. If you get 5 slow, steady blinks on the main power light, you should be good... if it blinks in a high-speed random pattern, you've got an issue. Re-flash the firmware using SST or the firmware files on a USB stick.
