    Need to have blank pages printed

    Right now the Canon isn't printing blank pages but we have a customer who needs those pages in their packets. Is there a way to do this?

          Pobably have checked "skip blank pages" This is setting on print program like excel,Adobe......

              Meaning some of the pages are left blank on purpose in the document. They need the pages that are blank to be in the packet but the Canon isn't printing these blank pages.

                  More for apps like excel where a blank pages will print if you don't set the print area correctly.
                  It could be a machine setting?

                      Check printer driver option. In toshiba , we call "omit blank pages"

                              looks like it's somewhere on the finisching tab... Might even be different per model...

                                  Are the blank pages separator pages? This can be enabled/disabled in driver
