hi,
any luck resolving this? i have the same code on a IRADVC5535I not gone to the client yet, service manual says that The paper fold HP sensor was not turned on although 3 seconds has passed after the paddle motor operation started.
The last paper fold operation is not finished when driving the paddle motor
any ideas?Comment

hey,
tks for that PDF, i went to an iradvc5535i, with a H1 finisher, same issue with the E516 error code, I noticed on looking at the machine that the 3rd paper feed retainer, was actually kinked, like had a fold in it on the last 5 mm and was getting stuck the other paper feed retainers were in the correct position but that 3rd one was continously getting stuck, but the pressure holding it was negligible so dont know why it did stick. I took out the finisher and straightend the feed retainer, seems to be working ok, but the machine is only in the field 1 week from new.Comment

Could anyone give me any advice on how to remove this finisher, i have service manual for machine that covers everything minus the finishers (installation)?
I am a Ricoh/Sharp tech so a little loss with this model.Networking skills are advantageous but use of a 3m vacuum cleaner is essential
