IR3035 emailing

On my IR3035 I have set up the section with the UI under Additional Functions then custom settings then under network settings (bottom right) E-mail/I-Fax Settings . I set this up the same as my IR3570 which works, but I can not get the 3035 to work. I set up the 3570 along time ago and I was wondering if I am forgetting a step.

The 3035 sends PDFs tot he server just fine

You dont give any details of your network, but I've had it before on some networks that if you don't configure the machine with a DNS server IP address and Domain name, they won't e-mail, but this is dependant on your type of network. Its worth a try.

* > system settings > network settings > TCP IP settings > DNS
