Hi Guys,
I have a canon IR 5000I maintain by Me and my Brother Jimmy that had a code E000602-004.

this happen after we replace new HDD.

the old HDD has been damage got a new clone HDD then got this error code E000602-004.

can we please ask some new Ideas from our fellow technicians.
