Facing a weird problem using the a3 plus heavy 4 paper , jamming on the deck seems that the paper is not separated i have changed set rollers and cleaned the clutch of the pick up unit and still jamming it works 40 copies then it stopped and never works until i stop the machine for 1 hr it works then 40 copies again and jam .by the way i also tried a3 paper and same jaming

If the POD deck is not sitting evenly against the copier.
If the tail end is too low or too high the paper will not go into the registration roller drive assembly evenly.

Properly adjust the height adjustment pegs so that the POD deck is even.
An easy way to verify if it is even is to check the gap between the copier and POD deck. The gap should be even on the top and the bottom, if not it creates either an "V" shape or an upside down "V" shape.


Also try adjusting the PS1 bracket holder 3-4 mm in an upward position from the upper guide plate.

i have exactly the same jam code 011A in a C7270 and i believe it's the bad paper causing it (paper made in Thailand)

my problem is solved by changing the feed roller with a new one honestly i forget the part number of it and it works
