I have ir2202n and when i try to print or copy the device ejects error that is jammed paper. Default tray is Tray 1. When I put paper on rear tray device working normally. Device is new( counter:1100). I chaked tray1, pickup roller and separator page. All is OK. What happaned?

The device when it involves, normally enters the standby mode. When the task action, to display the message that is jammed paper.No error codes, and the first I checked the size of the paper in the tray. Lifter paper works, too.(The user says that he had a paper jam and to have it removed.I checked that there is no paper debris, but nothing I have not found within the device).

If you can provide us the JAM code we can tell you exactly what sensor concern on that issue. It might be delay or stationary on that area.Comment
