    HDD IR5050

    I was buy hdd ir5050 and i put in windows 7 with converter, i just curious what is the inside of hdd (LOL), but inside is like bad format of fdd (see pictures). WD 250 is my PC hdd, all other is from HDD IR5050
    And now I worried to put hdd into the IR5050. Is that safe or not? Or the hdd is broken now? Put hdd in windows 7 is fool or not?
    Please give me the light
    And sorry for my bad English, plus I am Newbie

      HDD needs to be formatted while inside the printer & using iR5050 registered firmware in SST program, u then use iR5050 firmwares HDFormat.ift file .

          I buy that HDD (40gb IBM Travelstar) IDR 375,000.00 = USD 28.85
          Edited it was IDR 352,000.00 = USD 26.93 (HDD + 2 converter ide 2.5 to ide 3.5)

              Either Printer will recognize or reject it thru SST iR5050 format file.
