Hello dear Copytechnet forum,
since last week our Imagerunner Advance 9060pro couldn't be seen in the network anymore. I tried several things according to the network, but nothing has helped.
Then I set up a monitor to our Fiery print controller (Fiery W20-01 or Imagepass A1), which is behind the Canon printer. It starts up, but hangs and shows the message "uncompressing Linux...ok, booting the kernel".
We tried to start via USB with the system software on it, but it also hangs at the same message and can't get any further. After that I connected a PC and the Fiery via crossover-cable and tried to install the system software.
The system software gets installed correctly, but after reboot the fiery stucks at the same message.
Is there anyone who can help us out? Would be so glad about your answers!
Greetings Marcel
