Skynet nailed it. Clean reg ground clip,re-bend it and put some conductive grease on it. Electrical noise affects Dcon which affects laser

But this happen when print from pc as well....today i found out this kind of printing also happen on ir3235 also

That eliminates the optics. If you could get lucky and stop the job and check to see if it is on the drum, maybe you could figure out where it is happening. I have not seen the problem. Just trying to be helpful.

Problem :
The Copies Look Wavy and Intermittently the Image is Compressed from Lead to Trail.

Solution :
In this case, the ground leaf spring for the registration roller was deformed. Reform or Replace the Leaf Spring to resolve. ( Part number for the leaf spring is FC5-1564-000 )

After testing for 1 week the problem is solve ...I think this is the root couse of this problem ...Thank's again skynet bravo
