    canon irc 5035 says: Remaining data that is not needed is been cleared.

    ANY HELP TO SOLVE IT?

      Your machine has extra security features installed.
      Do you want to get rid of them?

          Had one about a month ago that was stuck on that message and would not boot. reformatting the drive and reloading ssw didn't work. After replacing the HDD and reloading ssw everything came back. good luck

              Hi, You can go to service mode level 3 , select "COPIER" , and then "Option" and select "LCNS-OF". inside there go to page number 4/5. set the "ST-HDCR2" value to "0" instead number "1".. thats all after set the value to "0" you restart the machine.. should be the message will not display anymore
