Canon Ir6570 Error E841-001

I have an E841-001..
my tehcnican had about ten hours (in two days) to try to fix it..
but the error can not be solved
any idea, what caused it?
he had try to change the selenoid with the other machines

If you've already replaced the solenoid and are still seeing the error code, you might want to remove the entire fixing/feeder frame assembly, and start looking inside the connectors in the assembly unit, AND the rear of the machine. Little stray scraps of paper find their way into those connectors, and block the connection...causing error codes.

there is two solenoid in unit 1..
last time the technician changed the wrong solenoid.
the problem solved when he changed the solenoid near the handle
