    Fusing issues Canon ir3245i

    Hello

I have a Canon ir3245i that has fusing issues. When it came in the fusing sleeve cleaning roller and press roller were pretty bad. I replaced them and still seem to have an issue with fusing. I am usually work on the Toshiba line and if it were a Toshiba I would suspect thermomisters but I do not see thermistors or tempature control parts in the parts book that I have. I would appreciate any help you can offer.

    Thank you in advance.

What problems are you having? Error codes, poor fixing? Error codes will need to be released in service mode.

Thank you for the replies. The copies are not fusing properly. I did not touch the pressure springs and followed the directions on the line up of the gear that is used to adjust pressure. I will pull the fuser again and see if I missed something.

Did you change 2bearings an bushes with pressure roller?

            Fuser film original.

Last resort in higher fuser temp
Fx- temp. From default to 7

Once i had cheap toner, did want to fuse at all, if that is the case you have to change it and vacum toner from development unit
