Canon 4150d paper jam with B5 paper but no problem with size A4
Canon 4150d paper jam with B5 paper but no problem with size A4 ,After replacing pick up roller.
before pick-up separates from roller during printing ,friction sound was hearing when feeding paper from roller feed.I don't know why it makes such sounds.
MFP unit has no problem with printing size A4 or B5 ,but after replacing the pick up ,it jams with any size.after cleaning feed roller, now it works with size A4 but still jams paper Size B5 when feeding paper up to the edge of cartridge.
solenoid and sensors seem to works properly when printing or copying size A4 ,but it sticks when printing size B5.
Also when it is set to print A4 ,it could feed and print one B5 ,with error message at the end "load correct paper".
Any idea or solution with this problem....
