i am using 3300 machine ,now the problem if i copie in A4r direction back to back text matter should be cut,kindly give me solution friends

At present i dont have sample page,but text cut in edge line,some techinician say it should be settings problem in service manual its correct or not

i dont know how that make it

kindly tell me that settings

If i use ADF A4R direction the copie should come, edge text cut in back to back option

A picture is worth a thousands words, it's hard to figure out what you are exactly asking. You say copy, glass or dadf? Too much to guess at without more info.

Is your paper loaded A4R in trays too?

Try using calendar style in 2 sided mode also
