    iRADVC5030/35 error code E027

    Good day guys,

    Having this iRADVC 5035 with error code. When I took out the developing unit for yellow and magenta I notice that the developing roller are black colour. It seems like the toner is not supplying to these two developing units. For cyan and black developing unit no problem.

    Any comment that can help me. Thank you

      Have a look at the dev drive coupling at the rear of the dev unit. They have a D shape shaft to drive them and the hole goes round resulting in them spinning on the shaft. The new ones are white and have a pin going through them. FC0-3696-000 is the replacement part.Dev drive coupling.jpg

          I've also encountered these errors when the customer uses the wrong toner bottle, gpr 30 instead of gpr 31.
