Hi,


I have a problem with the paper path, and change the related sensor and wheels. Jam happens Tray 1, 3 and 4, the tray 1 and the manual work correctly.Any help is welcome.

I had a different model that would jam out of trays 3 and 4. It was the right bottom door hinges. When I pushed on the door it would not jam. They were bent. I straightened them out and it started feeding without jam. When you take out the hinges you will see it and see that the door is not lined up. Right tray was OK on that one. Mark the hinges when you take them off. Those feed units seem weak and we have replaced a few.
